How do I pay?

We accept either cash on delivery or card over the phone. We also have the option of an account facility for trade cutomers.

Is there really no delivery charge?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery, so there are no hidden or extra charges to pay.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to make all deliveries as soon as possible, typically they take up to 2 working days to deliver. Delivery times may vary during particularly busy periods.

Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?

It is not necessary for anyone to be in to receive the delivery, provided there is clear access to where you wish the bag left. We’ll always try to leave the bag on your property (driveway, front garden), and if you would like it placed in a particular spot we provide a bag and brick faclity.

How will I know when you will deliver my order?

Standard delivery is typically up to 2 days. When placing your order with us we will let you know our delivery options. If you require delivery on a specific date or faster delivery than this, let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

Can you lift the bags over my hedge/fence?

Our deliveries are completed on a small Hi-ab lorry for easy access, this is able to lift over most garden fences, assuming that  there is a clear space the other side of the fence to place the bag.

I have a gravel driveway, can you deliver onto this?

The drivers are very helpful and will always try to get the bags into the best position possible. If we endevour to get your delivery as close to your desired place as possible.

Can you deliver to my back garden?

Our drivers always do their best to get the bag as close to your garden as possible. If your garden has rear or side access which is suitable for a vehicle then we can try to deliver there for you. However, our drivers are very experienced and it is left to their discretion where safe unloading is possble.

I’m a gardener and I need multiple bags dropped at multiple address, can you do this?

This is fine; we do a lot of work with gardeners to save them time and hassle of collecting bags.

Is your compost and manure organic?

The compost and manure are both produced from entirely organic materials, no chemicals or additives have been

Do I need to return the empty bags?

It’s not necessary to return the bags to us. A lot of people find them useful around the garden for gathering rubbish or lying down as a weed membrane. However, we are happy to take the empty bags away if returning with another delivery. Or they can be returned to 1 Padmore Farm, Folly Lane, East Cowes, Isle Of Wight, PO32 6LY.
