We are able to deliver if no-one is home with our simple solution. Leave a bag with a brick or large stone in the location you would like your delivery to be dropped. We are able to deliver over fences and hedges but please call us on 01983 200912 for our height limits.
We can only deliver on your property or premises, not on any public highways or pavements.
When you order online you can request a delivery date. We will then put your order in to a delivery run and confirm what your delivery date will be via email. (Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your requested delivery date will be your confirmed delivery date.) You will also receive a copy of your invoice receipt via email. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days however in busy periods this will vary and in extremely busy times delivery can be 1-2 weeks.
